Having a creative freelance business in 2020 was not great timing. I still needed an outlet to channel my creative energy, so I purchased a sewing machine thinking I’d sew masks for my friends and family. I have never sewn one mask, rather I was drawn into the world of quilting. Additionally, I wanted to get into digital illustration and pattern design, which I dabbled in and created a few “self-printed” lines via Spoonflower. My next sewing projects will include larger quilts, wall hangings and more quilted bag variations.
